Caro Oradea Hotel Cancellation/Return Policy

Free Cancellation:
Cancellation of reservations is free until 15:00 the day before the check-in date. Any subsequent cancellations will be subject to the conditions set out in the hotel's cancellation policy.

Paid Bookings:
In the case of paid reservations, they can be canceled according to the return policy, provided that they are made at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time.

Refund of Money:
In the event of a compliant cancellation of a paid reservation, the refund will be made exclusively to the account from which the initial payment was made.

Repayment Period:
The refund will be processed within 14 calendar days from the date of cancellation. Hotel Caro reserves the right to adjust this term according to exceptional circumstances, with prior information to the customer.
